5. Prepare the stocking work according to guest booking every day.
每天按时根据预定做好备货工作。
6. Make sure the food plate is artistic.
食品装盘确保要美观。
7. Will learn and execute the 43 point hygiene standards at all times.
认真学习并积极贯彻执行卫生标准43点。
8. According to business hours reasonable arrangement work.
根据营业时间合理安排工作。
9. Proper handling of equipment and report break downs or maintenance requests.
正确合理的使用设备,及时维修及保养,如有损坏立即报告。
10. Check the temperature as required and make the relevant records.
按要求检查温度并做好相关记录。
11. All food products need to be kept in a plastic wrap or a suitable lid, and a label is produced by the producer or the original user.
【岗位要求】
1. Minimum of 2 year in a similar position in a reputed 5 star hotel.
至少两年五星级酒店工作经验
2. Kitchen attendant (Commis III) experience for at least three years
至少三年厨师工作经验
