Cold Dish Commis 冷菜厨师

【岗位职责】
1. Ensures that all food prepared and served during the shift is in accord with the standard set.
确保所有食物在准备和制作期间符合所定的标准。
2. Check all ingredients and food daily.
检查每日所有的原料和食物。
3. Assists Sous Chef to control cost by minimising spoilage, utilising food surplus, and controlling portion.
协助厨师长控制成本，尽量减少腐败，利用食物的盈余，及控制份量。
4. Makes sure that all machines, furniture, equipment, and utensils are clean and in working conditions.
确保所有的机器设备及器具的清洁，并能正常工作。
5. Uses standard recipes and makes sure all staff are using them.
确保使用标准菜谱制作菜品。
6. Enforce Marriott 43 point Sanitation Checklist by ensuring all Kitchen areas are inspected on a m day basis。
每日对所有厨房区域进行执行万豪43点卫生检查。
7. Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
每周进行预防性的设备检查。
8. Ensure that safety regulations are followed and all safety hazards are reported.
保证遵循安全工作条例并报告所有安全隐患。
9. Ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Marriott SOP & Property LSOP.
保证执行所有万豪集团的SOP和当地的LSOP。
【岗位要求】
1. Minimum 1 year
experience working in a similar posiston of a sizeable organization
至少1年以上工作经验
2. Good command of written
and spoken mandarin
流利的普通话
3. High School Degree or above
高中及以上学历
