6、Organize assigned station and ensure readiness prior to guest arrival.

7、Review daily specials, sold out items throughout the shift.
了解全天的的每日特选和售罄的产品
8、Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
提前预知顾客的需求,及时回应客人
9、Be familiar with all services, local attractions to respond to guest inquiries.
应熟悉各种服务,能为客人提供当地特色的讯息
10、Complete all closing reports as assigned and leave duty after reporting to supervisor.
完成当天所有工作,下班应告知主管
