1. Responsible in achieving the Catering and Banquetsales objectives and revenue goal of the hotel.

2. Develops strong rapport and builds businessrelationship with local customer base through sales and customer interviews.

3. Assists the Director of Sales and Marketing in thedevelopment of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.

4. Manages and administers the Catering and Banquetsales department to ensure smooth operation and all daily tasks are completedaccording to standard and in time.

5. Coordinates with departments concerned to ensuredelivery of the highest standards of services to meet customer expectations.
