楼层主管 Floor Supervisor

Responsible for the daily shift operations of Guest room and Guest floor area. Directs and works with employees to verify property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Completes inspections and holds people accountable for corrective action. Assists in ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.负责客房部客房楼层区域的整体日常工作。指导员工并与员工一起确保客房、公共区域和员工区域的清洁和维护良好。完成检查并要求对纠正措施负责。协助确保客人和员工的满意度，同时维持运营预算。
