不论职位和级别,在酒店内无论何时何地遇到客人,都需按照“明星服务标准”为客人提供服务,主动承担问题并积极跟进。例如:工程部的员工在楼层遇到住店的客人需要帮助,不能把它当做是管家部员工的责任置之不理,而应积极地了解客人的问题和需要,主动找到解决的办法,并跟进确认直到问题圆满解决。
Follow STAR Service Standards to provide service to the guests whenever and wherever encounter the guests in the hotel, own the problems and take initiative to follow up accordingly, regardless of positions and levels. For example, when an Engineering associate sees a guest seeking help on the floor, he/she cannot treat it as a task for HSKP associates only.  The Engineering associate must understand the guest’s problem or needs positively and find out the solution for the guest, and follow up accordingly.
按照餐饮部经理的要求协调并安排工作及活动。
Co-ordinates and arranges activities according to the manager of F&B’s requirement.
 
安排餐饮部经理的约会及会议并将日程安排记录在其议事日记中,确保每一次约会前为他准备好所需有关文件。Arranges appointments and meetings for the manager of F&B, recording the same in his diary and ensuring that he has the appropriate documentation for each appointment.
 
负责为餐饮部经理笔译及口译。
Provides translation and interpretation services to the manager of Food & Beverage.
 
参加所有餐饮部会议,做好会议记录并分发给相关人员。
Attends all Food & Beverage meetings, takes minutes of such meetings accurately, transcribing and circulating to appropriate personnel.
 
从各餐厅处收集每日收入并整理、编辑当日报告交与餐饮部经理。
Compiles daily revenue and log reports from all outlets for the manager of F&B’ s perusal
 
密切配合、支持餐饮部经理及各餐厅经理并协助其工作。
To liaise with manager of F&B and Outlet Managers and assist them in their duties.
 
保持完好的档案系统。
Maintains a filing and trace system.
 
负责接听餐饮部经理所有来电并作相应处理,转接或记录留言。
Answers all incoming calls for the manager of F&B and either transfers redirects or takes messages.
 
 确保所有办公设备正常运转,使用无误。
Ensure all office equipment is functioning and serviced regularly.
 
确保办公区域保持高水准组织结构及整洁。
Ensures a high level of organization and cleanliness in the work area.
熟悉保安及应急事件处理程序并熟悉火警报警和消防栓的位置。
Be knowledgeable of procedures for security and emergency incidents and is familiar with location of fire alarms and fire extinguishers.
 
 遵守酒店员工手册。
Abide by the hotel Handbook.
 
执行并运用人力资源管理系统。
Access and use Human Resources Management system. 
以专业的、积极的态度和各部门及员工建立亲密关系以促进团队精准及进行有效的双向沟通。
Interact with department and hotel associates in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two-way communication.
