按级别对人才培训记录归档。
8、Assists the Learning & Development Manager to implement and monitor talent relations and motivation through the training program in the hotel.
协助学习与发展经理做好促进人才关系、调动人才积极性的工作。
9、Disseminate information regarding training activities,special skill improvement programs.
对人才就组织人才活动,酒店人事政策和程序作及时准确地宣传。
10、Conducts English and general hotel skills training.
做酒店英语和酒店综合技能培训。
11、Make Learning& Development report, Learning & Development plan, MIS report, monthly check grooming report and birthday list.
每月制作集团及酒店学习与发展报告、学习与发展计划、月度仪容仪表报表、生日报表。
