Is responsible for maximisation of room sales and revenue for the Hotel and Company.

Takes reservations and operates systems in accordance with minimum company standards.

Fully conversant in the use of Spirit and Hotel’s property management system, Reserve 2.
熟悉使用酒店的客房管理系统。
Ensures a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintains an awareness of sales opportunities within the Hotel and Company.
保持良好的销售态度和销售觉察。
Knowledgeable with Hyatt hotels & resorts products in order to effectively promote them to guests.
了解凯悦酒店及渡假胜地的产品,以便为客人提供有效地产品推荐。
Trained in the Reservation Sales module and ensure consistent application of the methods thus achieving a high percentage of sales conversion from reservations enquiries.
学习掌握预定销售技巧,确保持续有效地将销售技巧运用到工作中,以提高从预定问询到销售地转化率。
Processes/ amends/ cancels all reservations requested by phone, mail or fax directly in Spirit system, promptly and accurately to established standards.
按照标准快速准确地建立手机、邮件或传真更更改\赔偿\取消所有预定要求。
Ensures all waitlisted business is recorded appropriately.
确保所有不确定的业务被适当的记录。
Knowledgeable on all Word of Hyatt Membership and airline frequent partner programmes, assisting with enquiries at all times.
掌握凯悦天地会员项目和其他合作会员项目的内容,确保为相关会员提供准确的帮助。
Adheres to all company credit policies to ensure all revenue expected will be received.
跟进所有公司的信用卡政策,确保准确收到所有的收入。
Adheres to pre-set availability and rate controls.
注意已经预定的空房及比率控制。
Ensures all correspondences, faxes and electronic mail to be promptly replied within 24 hours.
确保所有的互通信件、传真、电子邮件在24小时内被快速地回复。
Maintains all files, records and documents in an orderly manner.
保持所有的档案、记录、文件有条理。
Co-ordinates closely with Sales personnel to enter all data for Groups/ Convention bookings.
密切配合个人销售的所有数据输到团队/会议的预定里。
Ensures all Group/ Conventions rooming list are entered promptly and accurately, releasing any unused rooms back to Hotel’s room inventory.
确保所有团队/会议排房单被快速准确地输入,避免任何不使用房间而拖欠酒店的房间收入。
Alerts Assistant Manager-Revenue on any oversell period due to heavy Group movements.
在超负荷卖房时期,提醒收益部副经理大团队的变动。
Informs respective Hotels if corporate rates are not properly loaded.
如果团队比率不能被完全安排,通知酒店。
Checks daily arrivals to ensure all reservations entries are complete and accurate.
检查每日的预定,确保所有的预定被完全并准确的输入。
To familiarise the people who are the regular callers and create a good relationship with them.
掌握规范的电话用语并与他们建立良好的关系。
Assists in tracking guests’ feedback from regular callers.
协助打电话者跟进客人的反馈。
To ensure proper handling of telephone inquiries and always reflects professionalism and politeness.
确保恰当的处理电话咨询,并总是表现出专业性和礼貌。
To carry out any other assignment as determined by the Assistant Manager-Revenue.
完成收益部副经理安排的其他工作。
