We are currently looking for a Reservation Clerk – Reservations to join our S&M team.
As a Reservation Clerk – Reservations, we rely on you to:
- Proficient in operating reservation system and equipment;
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service at all times, answering calls within three rings;
- Upsell wherever possible to maximize occupancy and revenue;
- Ensure all booking information is accurately entered and updated;
- Fully understand market segmentation and accurately "qualified" booking;
- Handle booking requests/letters received on the same day.
预订文员工作职责如下：
- 熟练操作预订系统和设备；
- 随时提供及时、礼貌和高效的服务，电话铃响三声内接电话；
- 在任何可能的情况下追加销售，使入住率和收入最大化；
- 确保所有预订信息准确录入，并及时更新；
- 充分理解市场细分，准确地“合格”预订；
- 处理当天收到的预订请求/信件。
We are looking for someone who:
- At least one year working experience in international brand hotel;
- Good health, able to work under pressure;
- Proactive and good team player.
