an efficient trace file to ensure that all business booked is properly tracked.
建立有效的文件管理体系，确保所有的预定能有效的跟进
Provides accurate reporting of business booked to
the Assistant Directors of F&B as well as to the outlet managers. Sends out
daily overviews on upcoming events.
要及时把新的预定报告给餐饮副总监及餐厅经理,每天定时发布餐饮预定信息

Establishes and maintains strong relationships with
the established clientele and constantly explores new
business opportunities.

ensure that the necessary follow-up is conducted in a timely manner.
