§ 确保对破损进行高效管理，向运作部门提供不断的反馈，作为减少破损及丢失的工具。
Assists to
ensure that breakages are administered so as to provide constant feedback to
the operation as a tool to reduce breakages and losses.
§ 确保垃圾被及时清理，并确保每天放好卷纸及补满皂液盒。
Ensures
garbage are disposed off properly and ensuring that paper towel dispensers and
soap dispensers are filled daily.
§ 向管事部经理/副理报告所有困难或问题，以进行解决和跟办。
Reports
any difficulty or problem to Stewarding Manager/ Assistant Manager for solution
or follow-up actions.
§ 确保正确操作清洗餐盘、杯子、碟子、银器等的自动洗碗机。
Ensures
proper handling of the automatic dishwashing machine that cleans and washes
plates, cups, saucers, silverware, glasses and other dishes.　
§ 确保根据所设标准洗净餐具、瓷器、玻璃器皿及银器。
Ensures
tableware, chinaware, glassware, and silverware are washed and cleaned as per
the established procedures.
§ 确保所有的清理工作严格遵守后场清理条例和垃圾处理规定。
Assists to
ensure that back-of-house cleaning schedules and garbage runs are strictly
adhered to and areas are cleaned according to established standards.
