l 通过订单跟踪和供应商资料管理,识别和选择供应商。
To identifyand select suppliers, including order follow up and vendor file management.
l 负责处理与海关和当地政府相关的事务。
To deal withCustoms and local authorities.
l 监督和保证招标制度的有效运行,以保证酒店所需物品和服务的持续供应不受影响。
To oversee andensure the effective implementation of the tender system so that the continuoussupply of quality goods and services to the hotel are not compromised.
l 及时制作购货订单,以确保所有申购货物及时订货和准时交货。
To ensure thetimely preparation of purchase order so that all approved purchase requests canbe ordered and the goods delivered by the suppliers on the date needed.
l 配合相关部门,定期进行市场分析,以确定市场货物的供需状况和价格。
To conductperiodic market survey in association with department concerned to determineand/or validate the availability and prices of market goods.
l 就货物的质量和安全等未决事项与相关部门进行协商和讨论,以保证酒店所定的标准不受影响。
To coordinateand liaise with head of department on all outstanding matters pertaining toquality, reliability of delivery so that the standards set by the hotel are notcompromised.
l 跟踪所有未完成的采购订单,保证货物的准时交付,并向相关部门提交未完成订单报表。
To keep trackof all outstanding purchase orders to ensure that goods are delivered on time,in formalizing a monthly outstanding order report per department.

l 必须作为费尔蒙价值、品牌标准和仪容仪表的优秀典范。
Must be anexample of the Fairmont Values, brand standards, and a champion of groomingand appearance guidelines.
l 以不同的渠道与酒店团队成员有效地沟通。
Effectivelycommunicate to hotel team members using many varied channels.
l 使用符合集团文化的行为并且尊重及灵活地对待每一位客人和同事。
Treatcustomers and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect and sensitivity.
l 识别和处理可能导致跨文化冲突或误解的问题。
Identify anddeal with issues which may cause cross cultural conflict or misunderstanding.
l 支持营运并且协助完成团队成员和顾客满意的目标。
Supportoperations and assist in achieving team member and guest satisfaction goals.
l 运用积极的方式与团队成员互动来确保奢华的顾客体验。
Interact in apositive way with all team members to ensure a luxury guest experience.
l 问候和慷慨地帮助所有的顾客和同事,并且总是主动提供协助。
Greet and begenerous to all guests and colleagues and always willing to offer assistance.
l 所有大使在工作中都被要求遵守直接主管所发出的一切合理要求,并且遵循、完成工作。
AllAmbassadors are required to comply with every reasonable request from theirhierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes to complyunder normal circumstances.
l 当涉及到商业层面时大使须签署酒店内相关其他责任。
All Ambassadorsmay be assigned to other duties in the hotel as and when required by businesslevels.
