Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
· Print reports, letters, memos and some confidential documents and translate them when necessary.
· 打印报告、信件、备忘及一些涉及机密的文件,需要时要翻译。
· Establishment and management of archives system in accordance with Hualuxe standards.
· 根据中心華邑的规范建立及管理档案系统。
· To receive and distribute e-mails and faxes and give priority to e-mails and faxes addressed to the General Manager.
· 接听及分发邮件和传真,并对致总经理的邮件和传真优先处理。
· Receiving goods and ensuring adequate stock.
· 根据采购单点收物资并确保物资存量充足。
· Remind General Manager whenever he has important occasions and appointments to attend.
· 每当总经理有重要场合和约会要出席时需作出提醒。
· Prepare and record all planned contracts issued.
· 预备并对所有已发出的计划书合约做记录。
· Preparing sales brochures and promotional materials.
· 准备销售手册及宣传品。
· Prepare thank-you letters and welcome letters for departmental staff as needed.
· 按需要为部门职员工准备感谢信和欢迎信。
· Ensuring cleanliness within the department.
· 确保部门内保持洁净。
· Make minutes of daily administrative meetings or related meetings.
· 于每日行政例会例会或有关会议做会议记录。
· Inspection all locations of the hotel if necessary.
· 有需要时须于酒店各位置进行巡查。

Qualifications 任职资格
· Health status: good, clean appearance, good attitude
· Education: College degree or above or secretarial Diploma
· Language proficiency: good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Chinese and English
· 健康状况:良好,外表整洁,态度良好
· 学历:大专以上文化程度或持有秘书毕业证书
· 语言能力:中英文听说读写能力良好
