Protectthe welfare and interest of the guests and ensure the safekeeping of theproperty.

Manage,motivate and develop the operations team in order to efficiently achieve theobjects of the unit.

Workclosely and coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to maximize occupancyand revenue.
