Take responsiblefor assisting the Safety & Security Manager in thesecurity and safety of all company assets including guests, colleagues andtheir property and limit any risks to the hotel and toensure that the hotel complies with Health and Safety and licensinglegislation. Supervise security colleagues so that theyhave a high work and performance standard. The core value statement is “BetterEveryday” by identifying training needs of the security colleague and using security strategies and deployment to maintain an“enquiring” attitude with all colleagues.
保安主管需协助保安部经理做好酒店客人及员工的财产安全工作，控制酒店内存在的任何风险，确保酒店遵守卫生安全许可规定。保安主管应该监督保安部员工，推动他们高效，规范的工作。核心价值是“每日求进”，了解员工的培训需求，调整人员部署等战略，保持不断探索的工作态度。

Responsible for ensuring allhotel property is protected from theft, vandalism or damage.

Assist in dailyadministration, deployment and supervision of security colleagues.

Ensure all existing securityequipment, security systems over the best possible coverage.

Implement and maintainsecurity systems that enhance guest and colleague safety (surveillance system, fireprevention system)
