1.To work closely with Sales team – MICE, Travel Trade market for more meeting, conference,incentive and exhibition business.

2.To be a business partner with Director of Sales and colleagues in the system so as to follow up their confirmed business.

3.To meets with event organizers for event logistics discussion.
会见会议组织者进行活动的后勤讨论
4.To review scheduled events and trouble shoot potential problems / conflicts.
回顾活动安排日程，对于潜在问题和冲突进行预估及解决
5.To provide “One Non Stop” service to all MICE business including greeting customers, negotiating and up-selling services and products, event orders and change log preparation, and other necessary follow up.
对所有会展业务提供“不停顿”服务， 包括招呼顾客，商讨和提升销售各种产品及服务，对于活动订单和细节变更进行预先的准备及其他必要的后续跟进
6.Preparation of Corporate Action Plan/Resume and Welcome Letter.
预先准备企业行动方案、业务信息、欢迎信
7.Reparation of all necessary documents for smooth running of events.
预先准备各种必要的文件以确保活动顺利进行
At least 3 years relevant management experience
至少 3年的相关工作经验
Concrete on the road sales experience is a must
