To ensure that meetings are well planned and results-orientated确保安排好以结果为导向的会议。
To always be up to date with financial results (budget versus actual) in sales and cost areas and ensure that sales and profit are maximized对于销售和成本方面,随时更新与财务业绩(预算与实际),并确保销售额和利润最大化。

Financial and Revenue Responsibilities
