岗位职责
1. Fully understand Hotel’s marketing strategy, business plan, budget and goals
充分了解酒店的营销策略,商业计划,预算和目标。
2. Fully understand and follow the Hotel’s SOP and P&P; to ensure respective companies and government sectors to follow as well
充分理解并遵守酒店的SOP和P&P;确保个别公司及政府部门的跟进工作。
3. To conduct regular communication with sales team on a daily basis to review sales activities, business results and advise subordinates of company’s strategies/ additional responsibilities
与销售团队进行日常沟通,回顾销售活动、业务成果,并向下属提供公司战略/额外职责的建议。
4. To guide sales team to contact potential accounts and to ensure proper follow up of the accounts
指导销售团队联系潜在客户,确保对客户的跟踪。
5. To meet decision-makers and executives through different sales activities to enhance the relationship, such as sales calls, telesales, hotel inspection and entertainment
通过不同的销售活动与决策者和主管会面,以加强关系,如销售电话,电话销售,酒店参观和宴请。
