岗位职责:
1.To assist in managing the venue as a successful independent profit centre, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, consistent with Luxury Collection standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the food and beverage operation and administration.
作为餐厅的一个中级的管理人员,管理并协助餐厅经理在日常营运中达到客人的满意度,贯彻及保持豪华精选的品牌标准。跟进餐厅的工作营运计划,组织和控制餐厅的管理;
2.Assisting manager in the venue’s operation.
协助餐厅经理及副经理管理日常的餐厅营运;
3.Restaurant maintenance and housekeeping.
负责餐厅的设备设施的维护及保养,负责对餐厅的卫生情况加以督促及管理;
4.According to the operation needs, assist in operation department service under arrangement.
根据酒店运营需要,在部门的安排下,随时参与酒店各运营部门的服务工作。
岗位要求:
1、Good leadership skills / good training conducting skills /Strong. organization skills.
领导才能、培训技巧、组织能力。
2、Work experience in a similar position in another 5 Star Hotel for2-3years.
2-3年其他五星酒店同职位的工作经验。
3、Positive attitude.
积极的工作态度。
