Keeps trackon F&B Guest Data Base and updates DOFB daily after checking with relevantoutlet managers / supervisors跟进餐饮客户数据库,并在每日与相关餐厅经理/主管检查后汇报给餐饮总监Listens, apologizeswith empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guestproblems在处理客人投诉时要倾听,用同理心致歉,坚持到底的找到处理方法
Assumes theresponsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses bestjudgement as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest SatisfactionGuarantee在客人不满意时及时关注并适时运用最佳的判断力保证100%的宾客满意

To provide a courteousand professional service at all time

To maintain goodworking Relationships with your own colleagues, and all other departments. 与部门内部及其它部门同事保持良好的工作关系。
To have acomplete understanding of and to adhere to the hotel’s policy relating to fire,hygiene, health and safety. 对于饭店规章政策、消防紧急措施、卫生和安全措施有明确的了解。To maintaina high standard or personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
时刻保持高水平的个人仪容仪表。
To have acomplete understanding of the hotel’s employee handbook and adhere to theregulations contained within. 确保对员工手册的完全理解并保证行为符合标准。To carry outany other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

As thecenter of communication, responsible for receiving incoming calls from guest,in/out of department and convey it through proper channel. 作为交流的中心,负责接听和正确处理客人、部门内外的电话。Log down allinformation received with the name of caller and information. 详细记录所接听的信息和来电人的姓名。Passes onall information from other departments to the person concerned. 向其它部门传递相关信息。Performsother duties that maybe assigned to him/her by Director of Food & Beverage. 执行餐饮总监赋予的其它相关责任。Keeps and iscourteous to all guest and colleagues, use eye contact and always offerassistance. 对待所有客人和同事要彬彬有礼、热情,用眼睛交流并时刻提供帮助。Record allincoming and outgoing calls in the logbook. 登记所有进出电话。Performsspecial duties as required by Director of Food & Beverage. 执行餐饮总监要求的特殊责任。To attend toguests’ needs and complaints properly. 正确处理客人的需求和投诉。Responsiblefor the cleanliness of your own work area. 负责本职工作区域的清洁。Keep filesrecords in good order to enable you to locate information as requested. 按顺序保存文件以确保需要时能及时取出。To provideservice and information to hotel guests. 按客人的电话需求提供服务。To check andendorse on master key control to incoming service coordinator. 交接班是检查钥匙并签名。
