1. Assists Executive Assistant Manager in directing and maintaining in accordance with policies, standards and guidelines established by the Ritz-Carlton, as well as providing administrative support. 直接协助行政助理经理执行丽思卡尔顿的相关政策,标准及建立的行为指南并向在行政管理方面提供支持。2. Communicates with guests at every opportunity to enhance guest experience and engagement. 关注和客人的沟通并致力于提高客人的入住体验及与客人的全情投入。4. Ensures all defects eg. the breakdown of equipments are attended to and highlights to the Chief Engineer the major defects. 确保客房内所有的缺陷如设备设施的损坏都被关注,并向总工程师强调主要的缺陷。5. Coaches, counsels, disciplines employees. Monitors and controls attendance, staff allocation of work. 负责员工工作内容的分配,监督员工出勤,对员工提供有效的指导。6. Communicates with Purchasing and Suppliers. Responsible for maintaining stock of guestroom suppliers, cleaning suppliers, etc. 和采购部就客房的客用品及清洁用品库存进行沟通,确保库存的完整。7. Conducts training on a weekly basis, evaluates staff training conducted by Supervisors. 每周定期开展部门培训,评估并检查主管对员工培训的成果。
