【岗位职责】
1.Responsible for prompt handling of all Personal Guest Service requests during the shift;help guest check in and check out;
当班时迅速完成客人的要求;熟练的为客人办理入住和退房。
2. Ensure that Ambassador adhere to the hotel’s policies and procedures when carrying out their duties;
确保员工工作时执行酒店的政策和程序;
3. Identify VIP,member,regular guest and long staying guest and build rapport to offer personalized service and assistance;
识别贵宾,会员,常客和长住客人并且亲善地提供个性化的服务和帮助;
4. Ensure guest reasonable requests are met;
确保顾客合理要求被满足;
5. Sell the Hotel products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques;
用促销和建议性的销售技巧销售酒店的产品与服务;
6.Abide by the Hotel’s Policies and Procedures, Business Conduct and the hotel's Associate Handbook
遵守酒店的工作政策及程序,遵守商业行为规范以及员工手册中的条款;
7. Carry out tasks as directed by your supervisors.
完成上级交待的其它任务。
