【岗位职责】
•Ensure the pastries, cakes, bakery, and desserts delivered reflect a contemporized reinvention of local pastry offerings and traditions through its craftsmanship, cooking methods and ingredients used.
通过其工艺、烹饪方法和成分使用,确保糕点、蛋糕、面包和甜点的供应反映了当地糕点产品和传统的改进。
•Ensure the setup of the dessert buffet in meeting & events is visually appealing and served at the correct temperature.
确保在会议和活动中甜点自助摆放的视觉吸引力以及温度要求。
•Work with the Sous Chef of the Kitchen on signature pastries complimenting the concept of the Kitchen.
与副厨师长一同创作出符合餐厅概念的招牌甜点。
•Check the quality and quantity of the pastries, croissants and bread for the outlet and breakfast.
检查餐厅和早餐的甜品、牛角包和面包的质量和数量。
•Responsible for checking desserts in kitchen according to the concept and standards agreed.
遵照餐厅概念和标准,负责检查餐厅的甜品。
•Conduct monthly menu sales analysis and constantly update pastries based on guests' tastes and preferences.
进行每月菜单销售分析,根据客人的口味和偏好不断地更新甜点。
•Complete other tasks that assigned by management.
完成管理人员安排的其他工作。
【岗位要求】
•Keen on dessert research and production.
热爱对甜品的研究和制作。
•International brand hotel working experience is preferred.
国际品牌酒店工作经验者优先考虑。
•Strong problem-solving ability.
有一定应变处理问题的能力。
•Good health, energy, good feature.
身体健康、精力充沛、五官端正。
