【岗位职责】
•Assign responsibilities to Housekeeping Hosts, implementing Multi-Tasking principle and check theirperormance on a regular basis.
对客房主理分配任务,实施“一职多能”原则,并定期检查其绩效。
•Inspect rooms, and complete reports with verified status; report clean suit/ rooms to hotel front desk and orupdate the automated property management system.
检查房间,完整报告验证状态;报告干净的套房/房间到酒店前台,或更新到自动化房间管理系统。
•Ensure that all Housekeeping requests are checked and ensure follow-up actions are conducted.
确保所有客房部管理要求得到检查并确保遵循。
•Ensure that all daily special guest rooms, special request rooms, long stay guest room for arrivals are checkedand in line with the standard set-up by the hotel.
确保所有每日将要抵达的特别客人房间,特殊要求的客房,长住客房间进行检查并符合酒店的标准进行摆设。
•Constantly train the Housekeeping Hosts on hotel standards.
根据酒店标准不断地对客房主理进行培训。
•Communicate and coordinate with Engineering/ property operations the repair and maintenance program asrelated to guest rooms and public areas.
与工程/物业做运营沟通和协调与客房和公共场所相关的维修和维修计划。
•Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
协助对所有运营设设备和用品进行每月库存检查。
•Control the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
控制所有运营设备和用品的采购,储存和使用。
•Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Housekeeping related service and products.

•Conduct daily pre-shift briefings on room occupancy, arrivals & departures, function / events of the day andspecial attention that is needed.
每天向当班同事介绍房间入住情况,到达和离店信息,当天的会议/宴会以及需要特别注意的事项。
•Conduct inspections of guest rooms and provide feedback to Housekeeping Hosts.
对客房进行检查,并向客房主理提供反馈意见。
•Flexible scheduling to complete work, with flexible working hours and shifts when necessary.
灵活的安排时间完成工作,必要时需要配合灵活的工作时间和班次。
【岗位要求】
•More than 5 years experience in the same position.
5年以上同岗位工作经验。
•Familiar with the professional knowledge of Housekeeping, good at computer.
熟悉客房部专业知识,熟练使用电脑。
•Be familiar with room management, service procedures and quality standards.
掌握熟悉客房管理、服务流程和质量标准。
•Have the ability of organization and coordination, response ability, management ability, writing ability and information management ability.
具有组织协调能力、应变能力、经营能力以及文字表达能力和信息管理能力。
