调酒师 Bartender

岗位职责
1、协助餐厅及酒吧营运中顺畅和高效的服务，依照酒店标准确保餐厅成功运作并独立盈利。
Assists with the smooth and efficient service of the Bar or Outlets Operation ensuring that the outlet operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
2、确保遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
3、根据所定的程序接受点菜并为客人服务食品及饮料。
Takes orders and serves food and beverage to guest according to the established sequence and procedures.
4、根据部门营运指南要求确保部门内所有餐饮物品、设备和其他设施得到妥善保管和维护 。
Ensures all food and beverage items, equipment and other facilities in the Outlet are maintained according to the Departmental Operation Manual requirements.
5、根据要求准备及服务鸡尾酒。
Prepares and serves Cocktail as requested.
6、在特别推广或活动期间，根据活动主题协助餐厅的摆台和装饰。
Assists in setting up/ decorating the Outlet according to the theme during special promotions or occasions.
7、协助对酒吧的盘点并保持准确的盘存记录。
Assists in Bar stock inventory and maintains an accurate inventory record.
岗位要求
1、掌握调酒基础技能，熟悉常见鸡尾酒配方及调制流程。
Possess basic bartending skills, familiar with recipes and preparation procedures of common cocktails.
2、具备基础的酒水知识，包括烈酒、葡萄酒等品类特性。
Have fundamental knowledge of beverages, including characteristics of spirits, wines and other categories.
3、能够适应倒班工作制。
Able to work on shift schedules.
4、注重仪表整洁，具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力。
Maintain neat appearance; demonstrate strong service awareness and communication skills.
