岗位职责
1. 确保所有员工遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
Ensures that allemployees deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service atall times.
2. 确保员工同样在适当的时候为其他部门的内部客人提供优质服务。
Ensures thatemployees also provide excellent service to internal customers in otherdepartments as appropriate.
3. 礼貌而高效地的方式处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问，确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handles all guestand internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficientmanner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
4. 与客人和同事保持基于良好工作关系的互动接触。
Maintains positiveguest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
5. 与客人建立并保持良好的客户关系。
Establishes andmaintain good customer relationships with customers.
6. 经常亲自证实餐厅客人得到的是最好的服务。
Personally andfrequently verifies that guests in the Outlet are receiving the best possibleservice.
7. 在餐厅区域花时间巡视（高峰时段）以确保员工很好地管理餐厅区域并使各项活动达到最佳满意度。
Spends time in theOutlet (during peak periods) to ensure that the Outlet is managed well by therespective employees and functions to the fullest expectations.
8. 确保酒店最基本细的品牌标准都要被贯彻执行。
Ensures thatminimum brand standards have been implemented.
9. 对于客户调查结果做出回应并落实相应的改善措施。
Responds to theresults of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes areimplemented.
10. 以支持和灵活的态度与其他经理紧密合作，着眼于整个酒店的成功和酒店客人的满意度。
Works closely withother Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overallsuccess of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
岗位要求
1. 在酒店行业具有不低于5年的工作经历
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the hospitality industry
2. 在豪华品牌酒店具有同职务不低于3年的工作经历
Three years in a similar position within a luxury brand
3. 具有处理问题的能力，推理能力，积极性，组织能力和培训能力
Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
4. 精通电脑的各种应用程序
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
5. 具有将强的沟通能力
Good Communication skills
6. 具备在国际化公司的语言沟通和工作能力
