按酒店及部门的标准,配合领班的工作安排,为客人提供优质的餐饮服务
6.Obey supervisor'swork schedule and complete assigned tasks
服从上司的工作安排,完成分派的工作任务
7.Courtesy, service with a smile, a guest to arriveand leave the initiative for the guests to pull chair, say hello
礼貌工作,微笑服务,客人到来和离开时要主动为客人拉椅子、问好
8.Understand the guest needs, timely reflect to theboss
了解客人所需,及时向上司反映
9.Department of itemsfor inventory on a regular basis, is responsible for the restaurant financialused correctly and properly kept
定期对部门物品进行盘点,负责对餐厅财务的正确使用与妥善保管
10.Daily patroldepartment, found that the problem handled in time, with the engineeringdepartment jointly do a good job of the repair and maintenance
每天巡视部门的情况,发现问题及时处理,与工程部共同搞好维修、保养工作;
