WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Manages agencies to maximize their performance in meeting hotel’s hiring needs, and reports on performance issues when appropriate.
· Enhances candidate sourcing channels, methods and tools to meet the business’s recruitment needs.
· Ensure recruiting compliance, collects recruiting requisitions submitted by Department Heads and makes appropriate recommendation to PCM and DOPC by checking with the manning budget.
· Coaches and upgrades business knowledge and selection techniques of team to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
· Builds a talent pool and to leverages the talent resources.
· Participates in corporate recruiting project.
· Communicates with department managers and know the hiring needs, presents hotel recruitment situation and analyses to managers.
· Ensures that recruitment policies and procedures are implemented accordingly.
· Ensures all team members and managers are well informed about recruitment policies & procedures.
· Conducts effective reference checks of candidates.
· Assists in organising and arranging campus recruitment, recruitment seminar and other recruitment activities, and submit budgets and plans.
· Handle new team members check in procedure
· Apply related working permit for overseas team members
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
· Education: Undergraduate degree from a hotel management school or business-related college.
· Skills: Familiar with PRC labour law and local rules and regulations. Familiar with labour market and recruitment resources. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in both verbal & written English & Mandarin.
· Personality: Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with team members across all levels.
