We are currently looking for a Service Associate – AP/AR to join our team.
1. Verify that the supplier's invoice is consistent with the receiving record and is accurate.
2. Verify that the supplier's invoice is attached to the approved purchase request and that the invoice amount is correct.
3. Verify that the amount and signature on the cheque are correct before paying the amount due to the supplier.
4. Review the cash reimbursement summary prepared by the General Cashier and verify the amount and issue checks.

工作概述：
1. 核实供货商的发票与收货记录汇总一致，且准确无误。
2. 核实供货商的发票是否附在已获批准的采购申请单后，同时核实发票金额无误。
3. 在将应付款项付给供货商时，核实支票上的金额及签字是否正确。
4. 审核由总出纳准备的现金报销汇总表并核实数目开出支票。
