We are currently looking for a Duty Manager to join our team.
As a Duty Manager, we rely on you to:
1. Comprehensive knowledge of Shangri-La standard operating policies and procedures.
2. Manage the operation and workflow of guest relations department to maximize guest satisfaction.
3. Manage and guide staff and ensure the implementation of hotel policies and procedures.
4. Receive guest comments, hold daily and monthly meetings and identify areas of service that need improvement.
5. Create a positive and harmonious working environment to promote and develop team spirit.
We are looking for someone who:
1. College degree or above, at least 2 years working experience in the same position.
2. Good image and temperament, proficient in computer operation, with strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
3. Be familiar with the contents and procedures of various emergency plans, and understand the reception etiquette and etiquette.
4. Dignified appearance, love hotel work, good at communication, good management and coordination skills, able to play a good role in management, leadership and supervision.
5. Pay attention to details, have a sense of responsibility, dare to take responsibility, Thorough organization and supervisory skills proficient in accomplishing the task.

4.仪表端庄,热爱酒店工作,善于交际,具有较好的管理和协调能力,能够很好的发挥其管理、领导和监督的作用。
5.注重细节,工作有责任心,敢于承担责任,有很强的组织管理技巧,可以高效的完成任务。
