岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 直接负责礼宾部的工作。确保所有的员工遵守酒店的店规店纪。负责所管辖区域员工的工作情况。
Controls and directs the entire section within the framework as defined in the organization chart. To ensure all employees and sub-ordinates adhere to the Hotel rules and regulations. To supervise and delegate duties to all staff within the section and to prepare their work schedules as required.
- 负责管理行李房,确保所有的行李有行李标签并且存放在合适的位置。
Maintains and controls the use of the luggage room, ensuring that luggage is properly stored and labeled at all times.
- 提供客人感兴趣的事情如:酒店服务,本地风景区,餐厅,医生,观光点等方面信息。
Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests
- 督导员工的日常工作情况-门童应于酒店门口问候客人、行李员帮助客人提行李、引领客人进房、日常的分送及交通安排工作。
Monitors, that the Concierge staff is engaged in their daily duties – greeting of guests at entrance, carrying baggage, rooming of guests, daily directory postings, transfer arrangements.

Problem solving, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 2-3年同等岗位品牌酒店工作经验。
2-3 years working experience with same position in Brand Hotel.
- 良好的英文口头表达和书面表达能力。
Facility English in written and verbal communication.
- 熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统。
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System.
- 具有解决问题和组织能力。
Problem solving and organizational abilities.
