岗位职责/Job Responsibilities
- 确保完成月度和年度的个人目标和餐厅收入。
Ensure to achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the outlet’s revenue.
- 不断努力建立新客户,同时保持现有客人的忠诚度,并协助创造新的促销活动,以最大限度地提高出口利润。
To continually strive to build up new customers, at the same time retain the loyalty of current guests and assist in creating innovative new promotions in order to maximize outlet profit.
- 以礼貌和高效的方式处理所有客人和内部客户的投诉和询问,确保问题得到满意的解决。
Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
- 与客人建立融洽的关系,保持良好的客户关系。
Establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
- 以支持和灵活的方式与其他餐厅经理紧密合作,关注酒店整体的成功和客人的满意度。
Work closely with other Outlet Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

Supervise and ensure outlet service standard
- 监督服务设备的维护保养
Supervise the maintenance of service equipment
- 确保对员工所实施的培训是需要分析的,以及培训方案需要计划,之后监督其达到要求。
Ensures training needs analysis of colleagues is carried out and training programs are designed and implemented to meet needs.
- 与员工定期沟通,保持着良好关系。
Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations.
岗位要求/Job Requirements
- 相关工作经验5年或以上。优先考虑具有筹备酒店经验。
Min. 5 years relevant working experience in international hotels. Priority to have pre-openning experience.
- 良好的英语书面及口语沟通能力。
Fluent in written and spoken English.
- 良好的沟通能力和问题解决能力。
Good communications and problem solving skills.
- 良好的领导力,有团队合作精神。
Strong leadership and a team player.
- 食品服务许可或当地政府规定的有效的卫生或健康上岗证。
Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government.
