Job Responsibilities
岗位职责
1. Develop and improve various hotel training management systems.
制定并完善酒店各项培训管理制度。
2. Assist the superior in the daily training needs analysis of the various departments of the hotel.
协助上级进行全酒店各部门日常培训需求分析。
3. Responsible for the induction training of new employees. Invite personnel to come to the store for training services.
负责新员工的入职培训工作。外请人员来店培训的服务工作。
4. Responsible for public foreign language, industry quality awareness and hotel rules and regulations training for all hotel employees.
负责全酒店员工的公共外语、行业素质意识及酒店规章制度培训。
Job Requirements
岗位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 2 years of work experience in the same position.
本科以上学历,有相同岗位工作经验2年以上。
2. Have good communication and coordination skills.
具有良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
3. Possess strong comprehensive written ability and oral expression ability.
具有较强的文字综合能力和口头表达能力。

- 国际联号工作经验:优先

- 语言要求:英语-熟练
