值班工程师 Duty Engineer

1. 保证日常运行的准确，高效和准时，维护机电设备，提供技术支援领导员工进行故障原因分析并进行抢修。
Ensure the accuracy, efficiency and punctuality of daily operation, maintain electromechanical equipment, provide technical support, lead staff to analyze the cause of failure and carry out rush repair.
2. 按照维修工作的需求制订每天，每周和每月工作分配计划。落实维修情况直到达标。
Make daily, weekly and monthly work allocation plans according to maintenance work requirements. Make sure the maintenance status is up to the standard.
3. 根据每位员工的不同情况合理分派工作，努力提高生产力，不断完善工作方法和程序。 
Assign work reasonably according to different conditions of each employee, strive to improve productivity, and constantly improve working methods and procedures.
4. 经常评估系统和设备运行状况，以便及时调整和改进。
Regularly evaluate the system and equipment operation status for timely adjustment and improvement.
5. 根据人手情况，营业情况，季节情况和法规要求安排预防维护计划和需求。
Arrange preventive maintenance plans and requirements according to manpower, business conditions, seasonal conditions and regulatory requirements.
6. 根据现实情况优先安排某些预防维护计划，例如对于饭店运做比较重要的设备。维修和需更换花费较多的设备，具有安全隐患的设备和根据最近频繁故障停机抢修记录需要优先安排维护的设备等。
Prioritize preventive maintenance programs based on actual conditions, such as equipment that is important to the hotel operation. Maintenance and replacement of costly equipment, equipment with safety hazards, and equipment requiring priority maintenance according to the recent record of frequent failures and shutdowns.
7. 根据实际情况对预防性维修保养任务表进行调整，包括对工作频率、人力和材料投入的估计和可能发生的特殊情况的预测等等。
The schedule for preventive maintenance is adjusted according to the actual situation, including the estimation of work frequency, manpower and material input and the prediction of special circumstances that may occur.
8. 要保证在进行预防性维修保养时所需材料和时间的充足，预先提出零部件采购申请。
To ensure that sufficient materials and time are required for preventive maintenance, apply for parts purchase in advance.
9. 协助和执行特殊项目和承包计划。
Assist and implement special projects and contracting plans.
