Position Overview 岗位概述:
Be an ambassadorof the restaurant; creating a contact with every guest or anyone makingcontact, insuring that they are delighted by the experience.

The Role 岗位职责:
1. Greet and seatguest.问候并带客入座
2. Assist inpreparing restaurant for service.协助餐厅的准备工作
3. Ensure that thework area is clean at all the times.确保前台的卫生
4. Clean outletequipment.清洁设施设备
5. Answer the phoneas per the standard phone answering procedures.按照电话流程接听电话
6. Print the menuand drink List and maintain it.打印菜单饮料单并加以维护
7. Complete andmaintain reservations in system.在预订系统完成预定
8. Take and recordreservations.完成预定
9. Record and passinformation.记录传递信息
10. Ensure guestneeds and reasonable requests are met.确保客人的合理要求
11. Seekopportunities to continually improve guest service.找机会不断提高对客服务
12. Report any guestfeedback to the supervisor or head hostess on duty.
向当班主管或前台主管上报任何客人的反馈
13. Establish andmaintain effective guest relations .建立,维护有效的客户关系
14. Record usefulinformation of VIPs, regular guest and particular guest.
建立vip,特殊客人和常客的基本信息
15. To remember andaddress guests by their names. 记住客人的名字,带姓称呼
16. Know andrecognize regular guests and their needs.能认出常客和记住他们的喜好
17. Communicationwith guests in a manner which promotes goodwill, trust and satisfaction.

18. Take appropriateaction to resolve guest complaints.能合理的解决客人投诉
19. To be empoweredto handle special requests and complaints from outlet guest

20. Wear appropriateuniforms for the area, as supplied by the hotel.正确着装工作服
21. Bidding farewellto the guest as they leave.客人离开时跟客人道别
22. Explanation ofrequired waiting periods to the guest. 向客人解释等候时间
23. Obtain andrecord Feedback from guests regularly.收集和纪录客人的反馈
24. Maintains acomprehensive set of guest history records.建立客人的喜好
25. Have a thoroughknowledge and understanding of all Food and Beverage items in the menu and theability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
