Position Overview 岗位概述:
Inspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure quality standards. Run housekeeping report; verify room status; confirm discrepant rooms; prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping Manger in daily operation. Keep a smooth communication with Engineering and Front Office. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in assignment sheets. Complete required paperwork. Assist in training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees.
对打扫干净的客房进行检查,确保质量标准。打印客房报表,验证客房状态,确定不一致的客房,确定客房清洁的优先顺序,并更新退房状态。协助客房管理层管理部门日常运营,协调客房部与工程部、前台的沟通。准备、工作报表,完成所需的文书工作。协助培训、评估、咨询、惩戒、激励和指导员工等工作。
The Role 岗位职责:
o Check the employees’ grooming, behaviour and attendance
检查服务员的仪表仪容,行为规范及出勤状况。
o Take charge of CTE, share information
主持员工晨会,传达有关事宜。
o Arrange task and work in next day.
安排、部署当天工作任务;合理安排好第二天的人员及工作。
o Check service areas and working room.
检查服务区域、工作间的卫生状况。
o Check working standards of staff.
督导楼层服务员按照工作程序和标准进行操作。
o Check the numbers of items in working room.
检查物品、布巾、备品、清洁剂的存贮情况。
o Keep the master keys.
保管楼层万能钥匙。
o Check the VIP rooms and others.
检查所有VIP房间和其它房间。
o Control cleaning supplies, control costs.
控制客用品、清洁用品的发放、领取,做好成本控制。
o Fill in lost and damaged report and shift records.
填写丢失、损坏报告和交班日志。
o Check the rooms that needs cleaning every day.
核对确认每天需清洁的客房,避免客房遗漏未清洁。
o Make sure all lost and found items are well kept and assist HSKP Coordinator to keep and deliver the lost and found items.
确保所有的客人遗失物品全部交到办公室,协助文员做好遗留物的保管、发放工作。
o Report the room status in time.
及时报告房间状态。
o Cooperate with Engineering to follow up the repaired room.
与工程部密切配合,跟踪维修项目。
o Make sure the equipment works well.
检查、督促清洗、保养清洁设备,确保设施设备的完好。
o Solve the guest complains.
处理并反馈当班期间放生的各类问题及客人投诉。
o Arrange cleaning work.
组织安排计划性的清洁工作。
o Guide the staff do the cleaning work.
指导员工做好大清工作。
o Know the fire prevention program.
了解安全即防火程序。
o Do the shift records.
当班结束后,做好与下一班的交接工作。
o Regularly conduct performance evaluations of subordinates, judge by reward and punishment.
定期对下属进行绩效评估,提出奖惩建议。
o Finish other works assigned by leaders.
完成上级安排的其它各项工作
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求
One year working experience of the same position in five-star hotel (luxury hotel working experience would be preferred)
一年五星级酒店同岗位工作经验(奢华酒店工作经验将被优先考虑)
Service-oriented with good communication skills
良好的沟通及人际交往能力,有服务意识
Basic computer skills 基本的计算机操作技能
