WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
· You have Manager experience in a restaurant/bar at an International five star lifestyle hotel
· Proven track record and a unique personality with ‘out of the box’ mind-set
· At least 3 years’ experience
· Excellent leadership and communications skills
· Commercial capability to deliver profit, control costs and build guest loyalty
· Active personality
· Good in spoken and written English
· Creative personality
· A peoples person, outgoing and team spirit oriented
You’re Good At:
· Leading and developing a dynamic team
· Creating new and innovative concepts
· Delivering outstanding customer service
· Pre-opening experience is a bonus
What you will be doing:
· You will be responsible for pre-opening and opening phases of Residence G Shenzhen
· Fully responsible for management of F&B operation, associates and profit
· Ensure highest standard in quality and service
· Provide the effective suggestions for the management of the hotel management
· Deliver results, and strive to achieve short- and long- term strategic goals
