Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1.Ensure staff uniforms and hotel linen is processed and delivered in a timely manner.
确保员工制服和酒店布巾及时得到清洗和派送。
2.Oversee the implementation of linen room standards and procedures.
监督布巾房各项标准和工作程序的执行。
3.Perform quality inspections.
进行质量检查。
4.Respond to guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
对客人的投诉与特殊要求予以回应,确保采取相应的行动予以解决或改正,确保宾客满意。
5.Direct task allocations and change according to volume and peak periods.
依据工作量和高峰期等因素对工作进行分配及变更。
