岗位职责:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Sales, ensures effective communication with clients and efficient coordination with departments concerned, provide an extremely high level of professional expertise and customer focus to all acquisition, retention, and development clients which in turn maximizes hotel revenue and profitability.
在销售总监的领导下,保证与客户和各部门有效的协调,加强对各类/宾客需求的专业了解,最大程度的转化线索,推动酒店的收益增长。
任职资格:
- Over 2 years of related working experience, preferred on a similar position within a similar quality hotel.
2年以上相关工作经验,有同等质量酒店相似岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese preferred.
良好的中英文书写及口语能力者优先考虑。
- Good communication skill.
良好的沟通技巧。
- Honest, upright, Mature and reliable with positive attitude.
诚实正直,成熟可信,乐观向上。
- Good sense of responsibility, team spirit, good execution ability.
有责任心与团队精神,执行力强。
- Very familiar with local market and good at marketing trend analysis.
了解本地客户的情况并具有很强的市场分析能力。
- Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility.
具有策略性、创造性及灵活性。
