岗位职责:
1.Oversees all kitchens and culinary areas of the hotel to ensure the highest quality. And innovative food presentation to our customers.
负责所有酒店的厨房和厨房区域,以确保最高的质量。为客人开创新食品。
2.Assists in managing all food production and stewarding operations with an emphasis on maintaining hygienic standards and practices, staff training and overseeing the preparation and presentation of a consistent food product which meets customer’s expectations;
协助在坚持卫生标准和遵守规章的基础上管理所有食品和厨房事务的运营,协助员工培训,监督食品的准备和外观的一致性,从而满足顾客的期望;
3.Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
遵守当地的卫生和安全法规,或其它适用的规定,以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度
任职资格:
1.Over 3 years of same position experiences, preferred on a similar position within a similar quality hotel.
3年以上同岗位工作经验,有同等质量酒店相似岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
2.Good written and spoken English and Chinese preferred.
良好的中英文书写及口语能力者优先考虑。
3.Good communication skill.
良好的沟通技巧。
4.Honest, upright, Mature and reliable with positive attitude.
诚实正直,成熟可信,乐观向上。
5.Good sense of responsibility, team spirit, good execution ability.
有责任心与团队精神,执行力强。
6.Innovative thinking.
有创新思维。
7.Must possess good computer literate.
掌握良好计算机技能。
