Floor Supervisor 楼层主管

岗位职责:
Responsible for cleanliness and service on assigned guest rooms. Maintain service floor tidy up including linen room, disinfection room and washing room as well. Also report all kinds defects from guest floor accordingly.
负责所分配的客房和客房楼层。确保服务楼层的整洁，包括布草间，消毒间，卫生间。同时报修有关客房楼层的各项问题。
任职资格:
1. Good sense of responsibility, team spirit, good execution ability.
有责任心与团队精神，执行力强。
2. Good knowledge of Housekeeping Guest floors daily operation.
具有良好的客房部楼层日常操作方面的知识
3. Good supervisor to people and communication ability.
良好的管理及沟通能力
4. Can speak some English at least can read from Housekeeping Fidelio/Opera.
能说简单的英文，能从电脑上读懂房态
5. Minimum 1 year supervisor in Housekeeping Department.
至少具有一年楼层主管的工作经验
6. 2-3years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
两至三年同级别国际连锁酒店的工作经验
