高尔夫学院总监（外籍）Director of Golf Academy (Expatriate)

工作职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1、根据高尔夫学院总体运营与发展，制定学院中长期发展规划和年度、季度及月度工作计划，并组织实施保证经营目标的实现。
1. Based on the overall operation and development of the Golf Academy, formulate the Academy’s medium－ and long－term development plans and annual, quarterly and monthly work plans, to ensure the realization of business objectives.
2、负责市场调研和需求分析。
2. Market research and demand analysis.
3、建立健全学院教练团队的岗位职责、工作流程、规章制度，保证高尔夫学院管理科学、快速、高效运行。
3. Establish and improve the job responsibilities, work processes, rules and regulations of the college coaching team to ensure that the golf college is managed scientifically.
4、负责高尔夫运动教学统筹、培训及管理工作。
4. Responsible for the coordination, training and management of golf teaching.
5、带领教练及学员完成各项训练计划和课程要求。
5. Lead coaches and trainees to complete training plans and courses.
6、维护学院与合作单位、会员等关系，提升学院形象和声誉。
6. Maintain the relationship between the college and its partners, members, etc., and enhance the college’s image and reputation.
任职资格：
Job requirements:
1、 热爱体育行业，专科及以上学历，持有中级或以上高尔夫教练证书；
1. Sports industry passionate, college degree or above, and hold golf coach certificate;
2、能熟练运用现代高尔夫教学设备，有高尔夫学院管理工作经历者优先；
2. Proficient in using modern golf teaching equipment and have experience in golf academy management are preferred;
3、具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系；
3. Rich customer resources ;
4、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；
4. Strong market analysis, promotion capabilities and good communication, coordination and problem－solving abilities;
5、为人乐观、积极，具有良好的心理和身体素质，抗压能力强；有较强的事业心，具备一定的领导能力。
5. Be positive, good mental and physical qualities, and be able to withstand stress; have a strong sense of professionalism and leadership skills.
