1. HR plan, staff career development, P&P set up and implementation. 负责公寓人力资源的规划、员工职业生涯的设计、相关规章制度的建立、执行等工作。
2. Give suggestions about human resource and organization to the company executives and be devoted to improving the level of the company comprehensive management
and controling the human resources cost. 向公司决策层提供人力资源、组织机构等方面的建议并致力于提高公司综合管理水平,控制人力资源成本。
3.Be responsible for staff recruitment, compensation and benefit,labour relations and discipline …etc HR daily operations and safety management job. 负责员工招聘(入离职管理)、薪酬福利、员工事务、劳动纪律等人力资源日常管理工作及安全管理等工作。
4. Be responsible for staff team development and retain the staff.负责公寓员工队伍的建设工作,尽最大努力稳定员工队伍。
5. Staff culture development and staff activity.负责公寓文化建设和员工活动的筹划管理
6. Set up a good relationship with the local government.负责与当地政府部门。
7. HR performance review and salary structure.负责人力资源绩效考核以及薪金体系的完善工作。
8. Ensure the legitimacy of the HR policy of FSB.确保公寓人力资源政策的合法性。
9. Others delegated by GM.总经理交办的其它事宜。
