· Arrange associates' daily tasks reasonably and fairly.

· Yearly/quarterly/monthly cleaning planning and implement.

· Carpet maintenance planning and implement.

· Be in charge of hard floor maintenance planning andimplement.

· Inspect the assigned public areas to ensure their cleannessand tidiness.

· Monitor all associates working properly followingprocedures.

· Report all maintenance needs to Engineering timely andfollow up the outcome.

· Ensure all associates use the chemicals according to properprocedures.

· Make sure that only well trained associates are able tooperate machines for their safety working.

Be in charge of associatestraining and coaching in order to support their work.

· Coordinate with external Pest Control Company to arrangeroutinely hotel pest control program.
与外部害虫控制公司协调,定期安排酒店害虫控制计划。
· Coordinate with external supplier to ensure hotel plants’regular watering, changing and shaving.
与外部供应商协调,确保酒店植物的定期浇水,更换和修剪。
· Maintain accurate inventory of monthly chemical andcleaning equipments. Apply and purchase planning.
保持每月化学品和清洁设备的准确库存。申请和采购计划。
· Coordinate with other departments on the cleaning program,e.g. restaurants or office carpet cleaning.
与其他部门协调清洁计划,如餐厅或办公室地毯的清洁。
· Arrange emergency cleaning request on a timely basis.
及时安排紧急清洁要求。
· Arrange PA attendant to stand by in the guests’ toilets ifthere is VIP or important events in the hotel.

· Timely set maintenance orders for all the maintenance itemsand effectively follows up.
及时制定各项维修保养单,并有效跟进。
· Support floor on the carpet cleaning.
支持楼层上的地毯清洁。
· Record daily special issues on the office log book andprepare the following up list for the next shift.
将每天的特殊问题记录在办公室日志上,并为下一个班次准备以下清单。
· Other assignments direct by the superiors.
