主要职责:
1. Plan sales activities include sales calls, site inspections, entertainment etc to existing, new, and prospective customers to match customers’ needs and wants with our features, advantages and benefits.
围绕酒店现有客户、新客户和潜在客户进行销售活动包括但不限于销售拜访、酒店实地考察、宴请等,了解客户的需求和需要并与酒店的特征、优势和利益进行匹配。
2. Utilize the sales strategy set forth to negotiate optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
利用销售策略进行相应的价格谈判为酒店争取最大利益。
3. Sell all products of the hotel to increase the total revenue.
对酒店进行全方位的销售增加整体营业收入
4. Develops and maintains contact with corporate accounts, travel agents, corporate accounts, Government departments and other producers closely allied to hotel business.
发展和维持与酒店生意紧密合作的客户:公司客户、会议策划者,旅行社,政府机构及其他合作伙伴。
5. Builds profile of each account and manage the account productions.
创建本地市场客户档案并管理每个客户的产量。
6. Plan and conduct sales call.
计划并拜访客户。
7. Plan and conduct familiarization tours and site inspections
邀请客人到店参观熟悉酒店设施。
8. Be alert to market situation and share the market intelligence with hotel management.
时刻了解市场信息并将有关情报与酒店管理层分享。
Qualification:
招聘要求:
1. University graduate or diploma and/or degree or equivalent in the hospitality Industry or Sales & Marketing.
酒店管理、市场营销或相关专业,大学本科以上学历。
2. Preferable minimum 2-year experience in similar capacity with international hotels
从事酒店行业2年以上者优先录用
3. Ability to work under pressure with team and independent
能够承受压力与团队良好合作
4. Passionate and ability to manage to achieve the goal.
有激情能想方设法达成目标。
5. Familiar with Yizheng and Yangzhou market and complete understanding of Key Account Management
熟悉仪征、扬州酒店销售市场以及重要客户的管理。
