1. Attends to repairs and paintingof all surface walls, floors, facades, ceilings and equipment both indoor and outdoorwith either enamel or emulsion paint as required to match existing finish..

2. Executes construction jobsincluding partitions and fixing of false ceilings, as required.

10. Use initiative and foresight toundertake tasks outlined within the preventative maintenance program withoutthe direction of the Shift Engineer/Chief Engineer.

11. Attend PMM work in the guest room
