工作职责:
•Prepare all administration documents required by the MICE BD team.
•Provides a professional, advisory support service to guest’s inquires in meetings.
•Attend to telephone, fax, and email enquiries in a timely manner.
•Maintain a correspondence data base (manual and electronic).
•Assist Sales to prepare the Meeting quotation,meeting contract, site inspection and necessary paper work.
•Prepare daily new leads/cancel leads/M.I.C.E. on the book report on time and other reports if needed.
•Create booking and account for sales when they out of office.
•Weekend and Public holidays sales on duty if necessary.
任职资格:
Diploma or equivalent qualifications, one year of relevant experience or equivalent work experience in sales research and support. Relevant experience in the service industry would be an advantage.Expected to possess the following skills:
•Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
•Good Communication and writing skills.
•Good behavior in repudiating hotel upon engagement with internal departments.
•Self behavior in professional sales and marketing images.
•Ability in communication with hotel operation department, all related external departments, companies, government and associations.
•Ability in facing fast-paced agenda and ability in prioritizing all routine tasks.
•Flexibility in solving dynamic problems during routine works with using of IHG winning ways.
•Initiative, passion and ownership in all routine compliances.
