岗位职责:
Job Responsibilities
1.在厨师长的协助下为员工准备并进行相关培训以维持厨房及酒店水准。
Under the assistance of the chef, prepare and conduct relevant training for the staff to maintain the standards of the kitchen and the hotel.
2.履行职责并根据每日营运要求为点餐服务以及特殊促销活动设计所有厨房烹饪之菜品及摆盘。
Fulfill duties and design all kitchen dishes and plating for ordering services and special promotional activities based on daily operational requirements.
3.协助厨师长监督所有菜品及摆盘的质量与持续性(质量控制)。
Assist the chef in supervising the quality and consistency of all dishes and their presentation (quality control).
4.能够在相关区域操作指定的厨房设备。
Be capable of operating the designated kitchen equipment in the relevant area.
5.保证厨房区域包括仓库、冷房、冷冻室、干货库干净、整洁并做到卫生标准。
Ensure that the kitchen area, including the warehouse, cold storage, freezer and dry goods storage, is clean, tidy and meets hygiene standards.
岗位要求:
Job Requirements
1.高中以上学历,烹饪相关专业;
High school degree or above, majoring in cooking or related fields;
2.具有酒店或知名餐饮企业2年以上相关工作经验;
Have more than 2 years of relevant working experience in hotels or well-known catering enterprises;
3.厨师主管方面工作经验;
Working experience as a chef supervisor;
4.身体健康,热爱餐饮烹饪工作,有较强责任心和事业心。
Good health, passionate about catering and cooking work, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to the career.

  • 语言要求:英语-良好,中国普通话-熟练
