3.按照部门管理要求，对其他商务人员或技术员予以支持。
Assists other tradespersons or technicians when requested by Departmental Management
4. 避免潜在危险的发生，遵从当地法律和法规。
Avoids unsightly hazards and complies with all local regulations and codes
5.确保所有工作区域干净整洁，在进行维护、维修的时候做好周边保护工作。
Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties
6. 维修、保养工作以及工程运营达到客户的期望。
Performs repairs and maintenance works and Engineering Manager operations to meet customers’ expectations
7.确保管辖区内能耗可以实时测量，仪表正常使用。
Ensure energy conservation measures are in place
8. 确保消防及安全系统操作正常。
