1. 确保遵守并实施所有会议宴会服务标准。
Ensures all Events Service Standards are implemented and adhered to.
2.确保维护日常日志,并适宜地追踪特定事件。
Ensures the Daily logbook is well maintained and incidents are followed up appropriately.
3.在适当的时候协助准备和更新部门营运手册。
Assists to prepare and update Departmental Operations Manuals as appropriate.
4. 确保员工同样在适当的时候为其他部门的内部客人提供优质服务。
Ensures that employees also provide excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
5.礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部客人的投诉和询问,确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
6.与客人和同事保持基于良好工作关系的互动接触。
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
7.与客人建立并保持良好的客户关系。
Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
8.经常亲自证实餐厅客人得到的是优质的服务。
Personally and frequently verifies that guests in the Outlet are receiving the best possible service.
9. 协助宴会服务经理制作并定期更新宴会服务的成本预算,确保实现目标并有效地控制成本。
Assists the Events Service Manager to prepare and provide regular updates of the Events Departmental expense
10.3年以上宴会主管工作经验。
At least 3 years of working experience as a banquet supervisor.
