职位描述
Assisted the department head to formulate the implementation rules and management standards of the company's performance appraisal, so as to meet the requirements of the company's performance management system.
协助部门负责人拟定公司绩效考核实施细则和管理标准,使之符合公司绩效管理体系要求.
Assisted in making performance plans and performance tables for each department and sub-department.
协助制作个部门和分部门绩效方案、绩效表格等.
Organized all departments to conduct regular target and performance appraisal, collected and summarized the company's performance appraisal information, classified and fed back evaluation opinions, and ensured the implementation of the performance appraisal system.
组织各部门定期进行目标和绩效考核,收集、汇总公司绩效考核信息,同时分类、反馈评价考核意见,确保绩效考核制度落地.
Assisted the head of the department to organize, supervise, sort out and summarize the assessment results, accepted assessment complaints and ensured timely transmission of assessment opinions.
协助部门负责人组织监督、整理和总结考核结果,接受考核投诉、确保考核意见的及时传达.
Put forward suggestions on rewards and punishments according to the assessment results.
根据考核结果提出奖惩意见.
Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the hexagram leader.
完成主卦领导交办的其他临时任务.
Qualifications
任职资格
College degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in the same position.
大专及以上学历、2年以上同等岗位工作经验.
Master common performance appraisal tools.
掌握常用绩效考核工具.
Familiar with national human resources related laws and regulations;
熟悉国家人力资源相关法律法规.
Familiar with the establishment method of performance system.
熟悉绩效体系的建立方法.
Strong ability of organization, management and coordination
具备较强的组织管理能力和协调能力.
